I made this Tomato & Corn Pie after icing the Tinkerbell cupcakes. My kitchen was completely covered in sprinkles. I was lucky enough to remember to at least snap this pic with my cell, since it was handy...
It was DELICIOUS. I will totally make this again. I cheated ran out of steam, and had Hubs pick up some store bought pie crust. Next time... The only thing it needed was more cooking time. I love it. I will make this again. Perfect for Pot-Luck!! Mmmmmm. Now I want have some!
