Deceptively Delicious Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Who doesn't love cheesecake?

Thanks go to Double Delicious author Jessica Seinfeld.  I won't give away the recipe here.  It's just not for me to be the first to share online.  I did a search for it online already and couldn't find it so folks, just borrow the book from the library like I did!
I will say that it includes carrots!?! You could NEVER tell!  I totally did not have the Greek yogurt the recipe calls for so I just used my regular raspberry yogurt instead.  I also tried a different crust recipe.  Betty Crocker advised me that it may not set, but it pulled through for me!

Graham Cracker Crust
16 squares/ 1 wrapper full, crushed- the finer the better
3 Tbs of Yogurt
Crush grahams and add yogurt, mix well until all grahams are coated. Firmly press into pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
  I can't say the recipe was a pass or fail.  It was different.  It was extremely light tasting and not nearly as heavy as regular cheesecake. I may try it again with the proper type of yogurt and re-evaluate. 

Worth a second try!
